Moveful for Work: movement breaks for your whole team
A guided 2–3 minute movement break every 30 minutes, for everyone who works at a screen. A 3D guide shows each move, and the Mac and Windows apps wait while people are on calls. Settings, break history and health-check answers stay on each person's device, and employers get no individual usage reports.
For Health & Safety
The Display Screen Equipment Regulations require employers to plan breaks or changes of activity for screen users, and HSE notes that break software can remind people to take them. Moveful prompts those breaks and guides what to do in them. It supports your duty; it doesn't replace your DSE assessments.
For HR and wellbeing
Something people use every day rather than once: short, varied movement for neck, back, hips, wrists and eyes, in English, Spanish, Italian, German and French, with a health check that leaves out moves that don't suit someone.
For IT
- Windows MSI and installer, a Mac package, and a web app for everything else. See the deployment guide.
- In the Mac and Windows apps, lock the break interval, language and other settings through Group Policy or a configuration profile (the web app and the Teams tab can't be locked centrally).
- No user accounts and no analytics in the apps; settings and history stay on each device. See Security and data for what the website receives.
- A Microsoft Teams app with a Breaks tab, for a break on demand inside Teams. The every-30-minutes reminders come from the Mac and Windows apps.
What a licence includes
Moveful is free for personal use. An organisation that gives it to its staff needs a licence, which covers:
- Moveful for everyone in your licence, on all their devices (a seat is a person, not a device).
- Deploying it through your IT tools: the MSI and PKG installers, settings fixed through Group Policy or a configuration profile, and your licence key set by policy so nobody has to type it.
- Email support for the people who manage Moveful; we aim to reply within one working day (support).
- A data processing agreement and a DPIA template for your data protection review.
- A short before-and-after survey for your pilot.
Moveful sends no usage data and reports nothing about anyone, by design, so it can't tell you who takes breaks. A pilot is measured by a short anonymous survey you run in your own tool, before and after; we never see the answers.
Price
£2.50 per person per month, billed yearly. £2.00 from 251 people and £1.50 from 1,001; larger organisations on request. Minimum £1,500 a year, and a larger team never pays less than a smaller one.
Start with a free 8-week pilot for up to 250 people. We give you a short before-and-after survey to run in your own survey tool; we never see the answers.
How a pilot runs
- Before you start: everyone taking part answers the short anonymous survey.
- Week 1: IT installs Moveful, or shares the web app, and you tell people what to expect.
- Week 4: a quick check-in on how it's going.
- Week 8: the same survey again, and you decide. There's no charge and no obligation to buy; to keep providing Moveful after the pilot, you need a licence.

Good to know
- Moveful gives general wellness guidance. It doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. See the evidence.
- There's no Moveful server for your staff to depend on: installed Mac and Windows apps keep working with the version they have, even if this website is unavailable. The web app and the Teams tab load from this website (and then work offline). If we stop offering Moveful for Work during a paid licence year, we refund the unused part (see the terms).
