Moveful vs Stand Up!: which break reminder suits you?

By Ben Huss, who makes Moveful · Checked 25 September 2026

Stand Up! is a simple, free reminder for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac: it tells you to stand up every 5 minutes to 2 hours and deliberately doesn't prescribe exercises. Moveful goes further on the computer: it counts only the time you're actually working, then guides a 2–3 minute break with a 3D figure that shows each move.
